Products on this website are sold by Nurmi Dao Oy,  business ID 3087732-1.

Delivery is carried by Posti to ALL cities, provinces in Finland. Depending on the size and weight of the parcels that they can be delivered to your mail boxes/ the nearest Posti outlets or Smartlocks

All product prices are quoted including VAT.

We reserve the right to change the product prices and postage fee.

How to make orders

The products are ordered via this web page: www.nurmidao-orientalfood.com

A customer account is not required when making order. A valid email address or a valid phone number is needed when making order.  Order confirmation are sent by email or by text message to customers.

If customers make order with large quantity, please contact us for a better offer.

There is no minimum amount order.

Delivery method

We send parcels on every weekdays. Customers can receive the products in 2-4 business days (domestic Finland) / 4~7 business days (Nordic countries) from the date payments are paid successfully. If the delivery time is longer than usual (for some reason), we will notify customers by e-mail/text message

@ We send parcels  to ALL cities/provinces in Finland by POSTI. In Finland, customers can choose to collect the parcels from the nearest Posti Outlet/ Smartpost OR Home Delivery.

Domestic Finland delivery fee are as following ( VAT 24%):

Dry Food Only (pick up from Posti outlet/ Smartpost): 6.9€ (Order value up to 69€)

Dry Food Only (pick up from Posti outlet/ Smartpost) : 8.9€ (Order value from 69.01€ upward)

Frozen Food Only (pick up from Posti outlet/ Smartpost): 8.9€ (Order value up to 69€)

Frozen Food Only (pick up from Posti outlet/ Smartpost): 9.9€ (Order value from 69.01€ upward)

Mix Dry Food+ Frozen Food+ Fresh Products (pick up from Posti outlet/ Smartpost): 11.9€

Home Delivery (domestic Finland) for Dry Food Only: 17.8€ (Order value up to 69€)

Home Delivery (domestic Finland) for Dry Food Only: 20.8€ (Order value from 69.01€ upwards)

Home Delivery (domestic Finland) for Mix Dry + Fresh+ Frozen Products: 22.8€


-We charge more for shipping frozen food because frozen food need to be sent in white foam boxes (with ice bottles)  in order to keep the food unmelted.

-It takes about 2-4 working days for Posti to deliver the parcels. Customers take THEIR OWN RISK when ordering frozen food. We DO NOT REFUND for melted frozen products.

-We TRY OUR BEST to help the frozen products less melted as possible by sending them to Posti on Mondays/ Tuesdays/ Wednesdays so the boxes are not delayed in Posti over the the weekends

Customers can also choose to pick up the parcels from our store. There is no fee other than product price for this option.

@ We send parcels to ALL cities/provinces of Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweeden, Norway, Iceland)  by Postnord. Customers pick up the parcels from the Pordnord service points.

Dry food Only (pick up from Postnord service points): 18.9€ (Order value from 59.01€ upward)

 Payment Options

Customers can choose one of these payment method options:

Stripe payment (Visa/ Master/ Apple Pay/ Amex)


Bank transfer

We will pack and send the products as soon as we receive the payment in our bank account.

Return policies

In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to return the products within 14 days since the date orders are made and paid successfully. 

Customers can return the products with the following conditions:

-Product are sealed and unopened.

-The package of the products are not broken or torn.

Once the products are returned to our store, we will make refunds to customers's account.

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the delivery process, Nurmi Dao Oy will act on the behalf of customers to file a complaint  to the transportation company (Posti).


We reserve the right to make adjustment on product price and delivery terms. Before making orders, the customer are encouraged to read through our terms and policies thoroughly

Customer information will be kept in the strictest confidence. Nurmi Dao Oriental Food guarantees not to disclose customer information to any third party.
