Lee Kum Kee Soybean Sauce is made from naturally fermented whole soybeans. Mixed with delicate spices, it forms a perfect mix of soy and sauce with a rich savory flavor. Ideal for steaming or stir-frying meat to add color, aroma and flavor to your food - it's just an improved Miso sauce.

Ingredients: water, soybeans 27%, sugar, salt, wheat flour, food acid ( lactic acid), modified corn starch, dyes (caramel) |, stabilizers (xanthan gum ( soybeans , wheat )), flavor enhancer (disodium aluminosinate, sodium guanylate).
